This is a photograph I took when out walking in my favourite place; Solva Harbour. There is a bench to sit on which presents this beautiful view and it was a very special place on the path overlooking the bay where I have wonderful memories of sitting here with my lovely Dad before he died. This is the village he and I were brought up in so it holds many special memories for me.
Whenever I look at this image, I can feel the warmth of the sun on my face and fell transported to a place of pure calm and tranquillity. Time stands still. I feel connected to nature and am able to pause easily from the stresses that life can present. Everything is calm in this moment.
